The cost will obviously vary from one property to another. I know we are competitive in the market place and have worked on many larger properties where we have been more than £1000 cheaper due to ''postcode pricing''... pricing based on the property value. You are paying for my business time, knowledge and expertise I don't believe that should change because you have a nice home!

Semi detached £490-£640 1 day

Detached £690-£1090 1-2 days

Large Detached £1290 + 3 days and above
